How To Network and Promote?

With every “upgrade” Facebook is rendering itself useless to me.

It used to be that if someone at an event signed up to receive updates, I could find them on FB and provide that service.

There also used to be more effective middle grounds between total exposure, restricting some access to certain things (such as kink or horror art that friends and fans might like, but inappropriate amongst elder or younger family members,) and outright blocking people (mad stalkers and the like.) I don’t need all-or-nothing. I need nuance. Yes, FB still has some privacy controls. They’ve gone from barely passable to abominable, and the “Like” Pages offer no way to block a person.

If I am mistaken regarding any aspect of FB’s possible functions, please illuminate me! If not, please cue me in to whatever other networking site meets the following criteria.

Silly Krampus – Spanking is for Adults!

I first learned of The Krampus by a Venture Brothers Christmas Special. I was so intrigued and tickled that I had to do a little research.

While Saint Nicholas goes about giving gifts to good little boys and girls, the Krampus travels with him, beating the bad little ones with switches, and carrying them off for further punishments! 

However irksome the worst of the wee ones may be, this old Nick can only condone the caning of consenting adults, as depicted here.

“Made of Moonlight”

  My first love was drawing, which evolved gradually into painting. My second love was fiction, both writing and reading it. I picked up other forms along the way – acting, sculpting, music, puppetry, and such – so many that I came to be known as the Jack of All Arts. As many muses sought my attentions at once, I did my damnedest to satisfy all of them.
